RGU Club Notes 15/03/17

U10/12 girls training on Saturdays at Downpatrick Sports Centre, 10am – 11am, £1 each weekly.

All girls born 2005 to 2008 are welcome to come along for fun and games! We look forward to seeing new and familiar faces! Please contact Edel on 07759 418 419 for further information.
All girls born in 2003 and 2004 will move to u14 football this year, headed up by Tosh McCrissican. Please message Tosh on 07927 410 230 with your name, so he can add you to the u14 group.

RGU indoor football in the Ballymote leisure centre continues on Saturdays. All indoor training last 45 mins with a £1 charge. Nursery, Primary 1&2 9:30 – 10:15am. Primary 3&4 10:15 – 11: 00am and Primary 5&6 is 11:00 -1145am.

U 12s train at 3:30pm on Saturdays on top pitch.

U 14s Train Sunday 3:30pm for now

Thursday night is handball night. This is a real success with Juveniles from 6pm – 7pm and then Senior recreational handball at 7pm. This is in The Red High and is One Wall format

Membership fees are the same as last year, £50 per juvenile, with concessions for 1+ juveniles and families… full membership details are available from the Club Registrar, Edel Curran.

On Saint patricks Day the club will be taking part in the Annual Parade. Full details are published on Facebook . In the clubrooms on the day itself we will be showing coverage of the All Ireland Club Finals. After the football there will be live music provided by Dreamz. Irish Stew will be served all afternoon. Great days Craic in store for everyone.


No jackpot winner yet again and the jackpot has risen to £8100. Numbers drawn were 8, 9, 21 & 25. 8 shared £100. Please note this week’s draw will take place on Monday 20th and not Sunday as expected. Apologies for any inconvenience.
